Step-0. Install and TEST the Demo version.

All our software has a fully functional demo version.

Before ordering, make sure to test these demo's to make sure the program works on your system as expected.

List up the features you used in the demo and check which Edition to buy here:

No need to uninstall the demo.
Unlock the demo program to a full program by running the registration key file.

After ordering and paying for your software, you are redirected to a personal 'support ticket' page on the Image-Line web site.

There the status of your orders processing is indicated on top of the page.

When you just ordered in our web shop, you are already signed in to our web site. You can directly access your personal 'my account' download page.

Go to your 'my account' page in 2 ways.
At the top right of the web page click either:

- The 'MY ACCOUNT' menu

- Your name under the search box.

-> Go to Step-3

Don't see the 'my account' menu
or your name?

- You are not signed in.

Click on 'sign in' to go to 'my account'

The 'my account' page is your personal download page. It groups your personal information and program installers / registration files.

Find your ordered software under 'my licenses' at the right of the page

Click the product name to open the details box.

Installer file:
Use the installer download link in the box to start downloading the programs demo installer file from the one of our Hosting Partners.

Some programs have multiple download locations available. Choose your preferred download server from the list.

Corrupt installer file? File not running?
If the downloaded file appears to be corrupt please delete the downloaded file, choose a new download location and re-download.

You can find the expected size (in bytes) of the installer file on top of the download page. Make sure your download has the exact same size.

Why is there a difference in size between the downloaded files Mb size and the size in bytes advertised on the download page?

Install the programs installer file on your PC.
Yes, it is normal you first install the demo version (you will unlock it in the next step).

the installer appearance will vary for each program. The below  image represents the FL Studio installer.

If you have problems downloading from one of  our Hosting Partners, please check if you are running an AD or POP-UP blocker software.

Registration Code

The file will unlock the program demo to the full program version you bought from us.

There is only one regcode needed. It will register all programs and plugins you have purchased from Image-Line.
