- Problem with library drum patches loading wrong fixed.
- Now offers to load a drumpatch when clicking arrows on drum channels first time.

- Added arrows for quick navigation among drum patches;
- Fixed issue with High filter "level" knob not efficient in extreme left position;
- On Mac OSX knobs no longer spike the CPU load when a knob is touched or a menu is opened.
