Why not take 2 minutes and 33 seconds to refresh your knowledge of per-note parameters and automation in FL Studio.

Notes and tips:
MOD X/Y - Plugins that support custom graphical mapping of MOD X/Y destinations: Harmor, Ogun, Slicex & Sytrus - Not just the filter, many other destinations are possible, especially in Harmor. MOD X/Y mappings also correspond to the XY pad (and X and Y knobs) on the plugins UI. Tweaking or automating these will shift all the corresponding per-note parameter values.
Plugins that map MOD X/Y to their filter cutoff and resonance: Harmless, Sampler, Granulizer, Fruity Slicer, 3XOSC,Fruit Kick, Wasp, Wasp XT, DX10, BeepMap, SimSynth. This does not work for VST Plugins, only FL Studio native format.
Slides - Place a slide note directly over a normal note to only side the value and not pitch. Also works with per note velocity to fade in and out for example. A slide note playing at the same time as multiple normal notes will slide all of them. But if you use a different note color for one of the normal notes and slide note, only that note will slide.
Score files - Save a score file with per note parameter settings and load it in the Quantize tool to apply them to other scores.
Enjoy
