This video shows you the basics of working with multiple input and output instruments plugins. That is, plugins that can independently play more than one sound and output them on separate mixer tracks.
In summary the principles are:
1. Set the Plugin Wrapper to use multiple outputs (click the Wrapper PROCESSING tab and select 'Auto map outputs').
2. From within your plugin route individual sounds to its independent outputs.
3. From within your plugin set the MIDI channels it will receive on to play these sounds.
4. Send like MIDI channels from the Piano roll colors OR MIDI Out plugins to your instrument by matching the PORT setting.
