Different Heaven

I’m Different Heaven (aka Alvaro Perea). I’m a guy who loves playing video games and making music since I was a kid. I listened to OSTs from Zelda, Pokémon and that kind of games and I always asked myself ‘How do they do that?´, and that is how I started being curious about music!

How did you start using FL Studio & what does it mean to your productions?

When I started making electronic music, I met a lot of people from Seville (the city where I live currently) and all of them were using FL Studio. Literally, all of them. So it has been so easy to learn it because we helped each other with techniques and tips. Using FL Studio for me means that I can create an idea from 0 to a full song in a few hours. It has an extremely fast workflow and that is a perfect trait when you are inspired.

Tell us about your career and some of the artists you worked with?

I started in 2008/9 using FL Studio 8. My first big step was when I released some tracks on NCS (NoCopyrightSounds) and worked really well. In 2017 I signed with Ultra Music and I’m working with them nowadays 🙂

I have worked with big artists like K-391, Alan Walker, Teminite, EH!DE and a large etc …

Tell us about your production environment and the gear you use?

To be honest, I don’t have expensive gear. I have a nice PC, a small midi keyboard, a pair of monitors and headphones. Actually, the software is the key to producing music.
