I got into music around 13. I grew up listening to all genres of music. And wanted to create – at one point I said to myself. I want to create what I hear on radio and or better! So I started practicing on a cheap little Casio keyboard and self taught the notes.

How did you start using FL Studio & what does it mean to your productions?

Funny story, over 10 years ago, I went to a resort  in Jamaica and saw a kid making beats on balcony beside my room with FL Studio with just a laptop and a MIDI keyboard. At the time I was lifting a heavy keyboard, MPC 2000XL and a bunch of stuff Into my room and said – I can’t do this anymore haha.

FL Studio is the only software I use now to create beats. Then I mix in protools.

Tell us about your work and some of the artists you worked with?

I was born and raised in Kingston Jamaica. I started my career very early in Dancehall and have worked with the legends. From Sean Paul to Shaggy, Vybz kartel, Beenie man. To touching the latin genre with Bad Bunny, Nicky Jam, Farruko, j Balvin. To the USA market Cardi B, Travis Scott, Post Malone, Nicki Minaj, Lil baby, 21 Savage and the list goes on…

Tell us about your production environment & toys?

I use everything possible. Even if it’s a cup and a stick if I like the sound I will add it into the production. I use FL Studio and Get every VST plugin possible – always searching for new sounds and drum kits.
