Tell us about yourself and how you got into music?
My journey into music started from an outside perspective where I watched producers I looked up to like Lil Jon, Polow Da Don, Drumma Boy, Timbaland build their empire and their own signature sound and I wanted to be able to do the same thing. Good thing I had a family who also had the same aspiration of production and was able to guide me in the right direction on how to start on getting my dream accomplished.
Tell us about how you want to be seen as an influence to up and coming producer?
I want to be seen in a legendary light through accomplishing ground breaking production work and bringing a new sound to the world that changes the way people listen to music. I also want to be an advocate on introducing children and aspiring producers on the skills on what it takes to create beats and use FL Studio to create the sounds they imagine.
How did you start using FL Studio & what does it mean to your productions?
I was introduced to FL studio from a cousin of mine who was using Fruity Loops 3 at the time and it peeked my interest so I asked him to show me how to use the program from a introductory standpoint and picked it up as a hobby from there for myself. I spent all of my time crafting my production through fruity loops as the program grew my sounds and capabilities grew as well. FL Studio has always been the foundation of my production and how I create my sounds. Every beat I produce is made in FL studio it gives me the ability to push the sonic boundaries I have always wanted to accomplish.
Tell us about your production environment & toys?
My production environment includes my PC loaded with FL Studio and Protools for recordings with artist. For sound I use Yamaha monitors which I feel bring the best out of the production I make in FL Studio. I have a personal creative space in my home which is decorated with my musical accomplishments, DJ equipment and speakers to hear the sounds that I make. As well as a Play station 4 gaming system and television which I use in between my creative process. Overall my production environment is very intimate so I can focus on creating my production on FL Studio.
