The Good Perry

Tell us about yourself & how you got into music?

Well, most of my life I didn’t listen to much except for 2 Shania Twain CDs and Haitian Music that my parents played. I was super sheltered and the first song I hear outside of what I heard before was Gone by Kanye West. That’s what first sparked my interests of making music because it was so foreign to me.

Tell us about what record you had the most fun to create so far?

I’ve had too much fun making every record cause each one is attached to memories I might not ever feel again until I listen to the record again so that’s a tough one to answer.

How did you start using FL Studio & what does it mean to your productions?

I was introduced FL Studio by a friend of mine named Greg who had it on his computer and he would lend me his computer to make beats cause I didn’t have one at that time and I would come over to his house and make beats with Apple headphones around when I was in 11th grade.

Tell us about your production environment and toys?

As far as equipment and toys there’s not much I use. Most of the time it’s just me and FL Studio and then I’m gone the stock plugins for sound design are amazing so I’ll just get lost in those still now and I’ve been using FL FOR YEARS.
