It is difficult for us to host all downloads and maintain sensible download speeds. Our solution is to partner with the hosting services on the left side of this page. They offer a sponsored but usually local & very fast download of the demo installer.


The demo is the official installer:


When you buy FL Studio or grab a Lifetime Free Update,  you will install the latest demo. The demo is then unlocked to the level you purchased by installing a very small ~ 50 kb FLRegkey.Reg file. It takes only seconds to download from your account. If you have installed the latest FL Studio demo you have already downloaded 99.7% of the data you need to own it!


OpenCandy:


The FL Studio installer uses the OpenCandy recommendation network to offer you other software during the installation process that you may find valuable.  




FL Studio demo limitations:

The only limitation is that projects can be saved but can't be opened again.
To open your project again, purchase an FL Studio Edition including registrations for all instruments and effects used in the project.
A lower featured FL Studio registration will open a demo project, but the not registered plugin/s will be replaced with placeholders.

All other functions in the FL Studio demo are fully unlocked. Some plugins may give static (white noice) or silence at regular intervals as part of the demo limitations. FL Studio demo is the equivalent of the FL Studio Producer Edition + All plugins bundle package.

Remember, you can render to .wav, .mp3 .ogg or .mid files prior to saving a demo project.
