MOBILE APP REFUND POLICY

 

Image-Line does not provide any direct refunds on application purchases. Please do not contact us with refund requests as we cannot fulfill these requests. You can contact the support outlet for the platform in which you purchased the application, but the circumstances and eligibility for a refund is determined at their discretion.

Each mobile platform has its own terms pertaining to refunds for purchase, these may vary by region. Generally you’re allotted a set time period in which refund requests can be submitted for a purchase. Once the provided time period has been exceeded a refund cannot be requested and will likely be declined.

Google Play Support 

Google initially provides a 48 hour refund period on application purchases made through the Google Play Store. If the refund period has been exceeded they generally will not provide a refund.

Microsoft Windows Store
