Our help files are more than just feature listings, they give you suggestions on how to work with the programs.
The knowledge base groups the most often asked questions.

If you have a technical question that isn't answered in the documents, our customers that registered their program online can contact a technician by posting on the techsupport forum. Our technicians are spread around the world, so there will be a staff member reading your post at most moments of the day. Most of our staff is working European office hours (from 10 AM to 7 PM - Central European Time), so expect your question to be answered the fastest at that time.
