Tell us about yourself and how you got into music?

I was in music school for quite a while, but I’ve been trained as a piano player, not composer. So when I graduated I had a huge desire to create something by myself. Electronic music was my ultimate solution. I’ve been listening to it since a young age and felt this type of music has no boundaries, so you can be as creative as possible.

How did you start using FL Studio & what does it mean to your productions?

One of my best friends showed me FL Studio when I just started exploring sequencers and it It was instant love. It’s super fast, no matter if you write down ideas or trying to finish your record. Workspace is easy organized, so you don’t have to waste your time to get access to certain parts of your project. The fact that you can drag and drop Audio files, Automation and MIDI Clips onto the same dashboard is amazing, cause you can visually control it all and you don’t get lost when the project gets really complicated with a lot of things in it.

Tell us about your production environment & toys?

In the beginning, I only had my Pioneer MJ 5 headphones and no speakers. Let’s say, those headphones are not made for music making purposes, but I got used to them at some point.

Lack of gear and some of the software pushed me to the way of using the maximum of what is at hand, so I never got into hardware stuff expect of the time when we’re recording vocals in the studio. At the moment, I have Genelec 8050 speakers, Sennheiser HD650 headphones, Komplete Kontrol S61 MIDI keyboard and RME babyface interface.
