Here's an impulse I made earlier in my bathroom. I used a pair of AT3032 mics into a SoundDevices MixPre then into an Edirol R44 digital recorder running at 24 bit 44.1 kHz and the 'hand clap' method. You can download it from this thread in Looptalk.
In this tutorial I show you how to use DirectWave to 'borrow' sounds from VST plugins. This can be useful to:
1. Save CPU in a project that has a VST plugin eating most of your resources.
2. Share a project with someone and they don't have the VST
3. You are a cheapskate who doesn't want to buy a plugin (yet) :)
